How would you define the term ‘basic’? For us, it would be something very simple to understand since it depicts of anything that is fundamental or is related to foundation. This Nike Terminator has been successful in doing that. This is a classic basketball sneaker right from the 80s that has set the Nike Retro precedent. The only difference is that the use of colors and kind of materials are quite different from the basic white leather implemented for the originals.
Both colors though of the uppers feature a polka dot style on a material that is canvas-like. It has a speckled pattern spreaded out sporadically right on the uppers. Its birch color features some seaweed, dark green with solar red contrast colors while the daybreak is paired up with light gold and spice red. Take a good look at these pictures to see what we mean and we’re sure you would love them!

Of all three pairs, this colorway is the most attracting. White covers much of the sneaker, including the upper, midsole, toe, and the heel. Varsity royal comes into place on the Nike swoosh, toe box, lace panel, tongue, inner lining, and the heel tab. Sport red accents appear on the tongue tag, heel Nike branding, and the outsole. We just saw a really odd colorway of the Terminator High Basic. That was the first colorway of the fall 2010 lineup of the Nike Terminator High Basic. Here we see the second colorway of the lineup as this latest Terminator comes in a White/Cool Grey/Solar Red colorway.
Unlike the last colorway of the Terminator, I really like how these colors go with each other. Similar to the last colorway, this pair also uses white on the upper, midsole, and heel. Grey appears on the Nike swoosh, toe box, lace panel, tongue, inner lining, and the heel tab. Bright solar red accents are put into use on the tongue tag, heel Nike branding, and the outsole. This pair also features white/solar red shoe laces. Look for these to drop sometime soon.

Nike has been real careful with the Terminator recently. So far in 2010, we have seen only a couple of Terminator colorways. Well here we finally get a Terminator High Basic as it comes in a White/Obsidian/Teal colorway. This sneaker takes on an odd look, with colors not really matching up. White is used on a big part of the sneaker, including the upper, midsole, and heel. Obsidian comes into place on areas such as the Nike swoosh, toe box, lace panels, and heel tab. The odd color on this sneaker has to be teal, which is put into use on the tongue tag, heel Nike branding, and the entire outsole. To add to the design, Nike adds white/teal shoe laces. Look for these to drop sometime soon.

In 1985, the Nike Terminator Low was first created as an initial hybrid design of the Nike Legend and the Big Nike. Later in 2003, it was once again reintroduced and continued to be an in demand pair of Nike sneakers. The Terminator became highly popular due to its huge NIKE print by the heel, with a flexpoint lacing and a colored sole.
This has a toe made in suede and a lace panel and heel section in teal green. This is close to the color of the year for 2010 which is turquoise. The upper base is in smooth white leather and it has the Nike Swoosh in black. To top off the overall design of the sneaker, it has laces, inner lining and mid sole all in white. It also comes with another interesting colorway in grey and white-blue. These two colorways are made available already in Mita.
